The Mayumbe Forest is part of the Congo Basin Forest, which at 2 million km2 is the second largest tropical forest in the world. From north to south, these forests form a mosaic of savannahs with exceptional biodiversity threatened by ever-increasing deforestation. The Mayumbe forest lies at an altitude of 600 to 700 metres and is very humid. The temperature there fluctuates between 17 and 20 degrees.
The Mayumbe scented candle, made in a mouth-blown glass, is dotted with colours ranging from duck blue to saffron yellow.
The fragrance with notes of black pepper and galbanum takes us to the magic of the African highlands, with woody and refreshing scents.
The scented candle is available in three different sizes:
Max 10: Has a height of 10 cm, a weight of 1.35 kg, +- 60 burning hours and 4 wicks.
Max 16: Has a height of 16 cm, a weight of 2.2 kg, +- 150 burning hours and 4 wicks.
Max 24: Has a height of 24 cm, a weight of 5 kg, +- 400 burning hours and 5 wicks.
